Bear Lake Rendezvous Chamber of Commerce

Bear Lake is often called the Caribbean of the Rockies for its intense turquoise blue water. As visitors catch their first glimpse of the lake, they marvel at its color and wonder what makes the lake so blue. Sitting on one of its many white, sandy beaches, you can imagine yourself on your own little island. Each season of the lake lends its own characteristic to the lake. Year around, enjoy a number of recreational and cultural activities. Experience the rush of snowmobiling. Ski at a family-owned resort. Jet ski across the turquoise water. We invite you to become a part of the Bear Lake Valley.

COLOR ME CRAZY!
Presented By: Troy Christensen 7-8pm

Description:

This lively and fast moving seminar demonstrates how color affects the way we feel in the spaces we live and work in.  Fun experiments will introduce you to the effects of color. The many psychological and physiological aspects of color are examined.  Several colors will be discussed with specific detail as to our response to each color.  You will learn the importance of complimentary colors and how to apply color in your life including your home, office or place of business for maximum efficiency and enjoyment.  This class is wonderful information for everyone and has been presented all over the United States.  You will never look at colors the same after being a part of this seminar.

Troy Christensen, better know as the color guy, is best know for his wardrobe, which you will see in this presentation.  He is educated, but it is sometimes hard to tell.  He has served his community, but it wasn’t community service.  Troy has an extensive background in small business management, which means he manages to stay in business. He loves a good apple fritter and a glass of milk.  He quotes lyrics from 60’s and 70’s songs at random, and sometimes inappropriate times.  He has been know to “hum” unrecognizable tunes in his sleep and has been banned, by his wife, from using ebay.  He is proud of his five children, his granddaughter, his gray hair, (earning every one of them), and his collection of second hand suits.  He has spoken to audiences across the United States, that doesn’t mean anyone listened, but he has done a lot of speaking.  You won’t look at color the same after hearing this presentation and may even need therapy, but he hopes you will have fun.
